At the European Research Center of Sichuan University's invitation, Director of Institute of European Law & Jean Monnet Chair Professor Zhang Tong gave a lecture on the Formation and Operation of EU Law—An Approach to Legal Issues of UK Quitting EU to the Second EU Study Programme on 29 June, 2016.
Zhang Tong introduced the formation and operation of the EU Law. She also analysed the entry and quitting mechanism of the EU membership country, especially the latest hot issueof the UK votes to exit the European Union to a legal extent.
