At the Sino-German Law Institute's invitation, Prof. Klaus Boers from University of Minster gave a lecture on Adolescent Delinquency: Developments, Explanations and Interventions on Changping Campus on the afternoon of 28 Dec, 2015.
Prof. Boers presented an in-depth analysis on a common social phenomenon juvenile criminal based on his latest findings from 13-year research on German Duisburg area's juvenile criminals.
Prof. Boers explained the protection and risk on adolescent delinquency. He claimed that young peers and partners play a vital role in preventing juvenile crimes and triggering illegal action.
Prof. Pi Yijun and Prof. Wang Ping from the School of Criminal Justice attended the lecture and made a comment. Dr. Huang He from the Sino-German Law Institute moderated the lecture.
