Simon (Xiankui) Mou is a law professor at the College of Comparative Law, China University of Political Science and Law since 2021. Before that he was Professor of the Law School of Shandong University where he taught a wide variety of courses on constitutional law, administrative law, civil law and commercial law, especially Japanese law. His research interests include human rights, judicial review, corporate governance, AI regulation, environmental justice and dispute resolution.
