CUPL held its sixteenth Award Ceremony of Best New Academic Paper Contest on Xueyuanlu Campus on the evening of 16 June, 2019.
Out of three recipients in Civil Law Group, two students from the College of Comparative Law outperformed. Year 2018 entering Ph.D. student Zhou Yu from won the title of Best New Academic with his paper China's Legislation Model for Parties in Altruism Contract to Acquire Legal Rights, and year 2018 entering Master's student Guan Huapeng won Excellent Paper in Civil Law with his paper Effect of Legal Acts with Conditions of "Not For Wrongdoing".
