The Ninth National College Students Mock Court Competition was held online 3-4 Dec, 2022.

24 college teams participated in the competition. The CUPL team was led by Deputy Director of the Institute of Criminal Law A/Prof. Geng Jianing and supervised by A/Prof. Huang He from the College of Comparative Law and A/Prof. Zhang Ke from the Criminal Justice College. Team members were 8 student Zhu Shuhan, Xu Shuang, Meng Bingxuan, Zhao Jialing, Wang Chichuan, Zhou Yuxuan, Qaio Ni, Shangguan Xinyu.

The team prepared for the competition seriously and responded calmly, making to the final and won the First Prize of Group Award. Member Xu Shuang, Zhou Yuxuan and Meng Bingxuan won the Best Debater Award. Huang He and Zhang Ke won the Outstanding Supervisor Award.

The excellent results of the team in this competition were not only attributable to the careful guidance of Geng jiening, Huang He and Zhang Ke, also benefited from the team members’ hardworking together.
