Prof. SUN Haibo

Prof. Sun Haibo was born in Jiangsu Province in 1986, got M. Phil. at Law (2012) and Ph.D. at Law (2016) from Law School of Peking University, majored in Philosophy of Law, General Jurisprudence, Comparative Law and Judicial Methodology. He visited at the Gould Law School of University of Southern California from 2014 to 2015, focused on the philosophy of law, comparative law and judicial theory.


Since 2016, he has been teaching at the College of Comparative Law of China University of Political Science and Law, serving as a lecturer (2016-2018), associate professor (2018-2023) and professor (after 2023).
