Flora Goudappel from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam gives a lecture

Prof. Flora Goudappel from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam visited the College of Comparative Law and gave a lecture to the students on the European Union Foreign Trade Law and China-EU Economic and Trade Relations on the evening of 6 June . Associate Dean of the College Prof. Lin Lin held a welcome dinner with Prof. Goudappel and presented a gift before the lecture.

This seminar was given as the sixth of Jean Monnet Programme Lecture event, lead by the executive director of the EU Law Institute of CCL Associate Prof. Zhang Tong. Zhang also moderated this lecture, and Associate Prof. Lan Hua from School of  International Law made a comment.

Prof. Goudappel's talk was mainly about China-EU economic and trade relations, the EU internal market law, the third party right guaranteed by the EU law. She first introduced the current situation of China-EU economic and trade by data presentation. Then she analyzed the relations between the EU Treaty and the WTO agreement, the positive and negative elements of EU internal market integration  and the composition of the EU internal market law and foreign trade law. At last, Prof. Goudappel further explained China-EU economic and trade relations in-depth.

After the Q &A session, Associate Prof. Lan Hua offered a brilliant comment.
