US & Australia Studying Experience Exchange Meeting held

The US & Australia Studying Experience Exchange Meeting was held for the students of the College of Comparative Law on Xueyuanlu Campus on the evening of 6 June, 2019.

Students Cao Yuan, Lyu Zejun and Zhang Jiachen were invited to share experience on studying abroad. Cao Yuan attended the cooperative exchange programs between the College and Mitchell Hamline College of Law in the US and Bond University in Australia. Lyu Zejun obtained her LL.M. degree by attending the cooperative LL.M. program between the College and Fordham University. Zhang Jiachen received LL.M. offer from Georgetown University and is going to begin his overseas study in the coming September.  

The guests introduced how to apply for the College’s cooperative programs with US and Australian partner universities and how to apply for other LL.M. Degrees in the US to the audiences.

They each shared their experience on application requirements, schedule arrangement and overseas studying life. They also talked about their internship and entrepreneurship.

During the Q&A section, the audiences put forward their concerns on applying for study post in foreign countries and the guests offered many useful suggestions.
