Prof. Wang Zhihua, A/Prof. Luo Zhimin and A/Prof. Bo Yanna from the Institute of Comparative Law joined in the CUPL delegation to attend International Symposium on Russia-China Economic Activity Law Adjustment Frontier Issue during 23-24 Nov, 2012 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Law Faculty of Saint Petersburg College and Research Room of Comparative Law, Russia National University held the conference. More than 40 experts from Russian universities and Chinese universities attended it. Russian Deputy Minister of Justice Elena Borisenko gave the opening remarks.

During the two day seminars, experts discussed on the civil law base of market directed economy, modern commercial law and financial law. Prof. Wang Zhihua reported on the Comparative Analysis on China-Russia Financial Law Adjustment. A/Prof. Luo Zhimin gave a speech on the Practice and Legislation of Chinese Insurance Company Market Exit. A/Prof. Bo Yanna made a report on the Rule-by-Law thinking of Chinese Government Intervention in the Economy
