According to the CUPL news website, the Inauguration of the China University of Political Science and Law (CUPL) German Alumni Association was held in the German capital, Berlin on 20 Oct, 2024.

The council was elected. Liu Ling, a year 2005 entering alumnus of the Institute of Sino-German Law of the College, is the president. Liu Xiaohui and Guo Jing, year 2008 and year 2012 entering alumni of the Institute, are the vice-president. Yang Yalei, a year 2014 entering alumnus, is the secretary-general. Year 2017 entering alumni Yue Fulan and Dai Junzhe serve as deputy secretary-general. Jiang Qi and Yuan Yuan, year 2007 and year 2005 entering alumni, serve as board members.

The future work of the association will focus on promoting exchanges among alumni, their alma mater and alumni, building a mutually beneficial platform for alumni to provide support for learning, career development and social services. The association will organise academic lectures, career guidance and public welfare activities to promote academic and cultural exchanges and contribute to the friendly relations between China and Germany.
